As the seasons change and the cooler weather hits I find myself at home… a lot more. Like a lot, lot more. Working from home doesn’t help that either.. so I really do spend a large percentage of my life at home which means you really have to love it or you might go a little stir crazy.
I’ve always been a person that feeds off my surroundings.. I think that’s why I’ve always had a thing for.. as I like to say “making things pretty”.
As my living/dining areas have also become my home office.. I decided to focus on giving that space a new season mini make over. Nothing drastic just a freshen up and maybe a pop of colour added to the neutral surrounds.
I went into Adairs… locked my eyes on their new Autumn 18 range and knew it was exactly what my little home needed. Think warm pastel tones… cozy textured fabric and muted gold finishes.
You know when you buy a new piece of clothing an wonder how you ever survived with out it… well this Sienna Console is the furniture equivalent of that. It just gives my space that little pop of colour is needed.
