Perhaps a little different to what I usually write about on my blog, but I feel it’s a topic that needs to be openly discussed as much as possible.
1 in 8 Australian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their lives which means it’s inevitable that we’re all going to be touched by it in some way.
October is breast cancer awareness month and although there is no way to prevent breast cancer, early detection really can save lives. That is why I’ve teamed up with Intimo Lingerie to bring awareness to their Check, Share, #BEBREASTAWARE campaign. All this really means is make sure you check your goodies regularly and remind the women you love around you to do the same!
As someone who has seen their Grandmother kick breast cancers ass twice, this message resonates with me on a very personal level and I’m more than happy to have Intimos Rose Marle Bra sitting pretty in my wardrobe as a reminder to check, share, #BEBREASTAWARE.
