Now I could share with you a very, very long list of all the trendiest new restaurants that are located on Chapel Street, which happens to be only a short walk from the hotel, however as I discovered you don’t actually even need to leave the hotel to visit one of these “must dine at” spots.. If, like myself you can’t go past a dumpling bar – Hu Tong located on street level of The Cullen is definitely not to be missed! You might roll out of there feeling like a dumpling but at least it’s a very tasty one.
After you’ve filled yourself with dumplings & champagne head out for your night on the town without the worry of needing to be up bright and early to checkout the next day. The Sparkling & Sass package has you covered for that too, with a late checkout of 1pm.
