When buying jewellery I always tend to lean towards the timeless pieces. I think of fine jewellery as something I want to be able to wear now and for many years to come. When it comes to fine jewellery I really don’t believe there are any “rules”. I know many people believe you can’t wear silver with gold but I’m all about mixing metals, however I do seem to always buy silver and to be honest I’m a little bored of it.
As the cooler months are arriving I set myself a little … lets call it personal development “challenge” ha… Sounds far more serious than it actually is… I decided I wanted to try gold. Wow! I know, calm down I thought, such a crazayyy idea but seriously this is what my “challenge” was.
I selected a few pieces from Michael Hill and their gold range that I thought were very me. Items that are easy to wear and incorporate into my wardrobe. I chose pieces that I would call my essential every day items now that I’ve taken a walk on the other side… the gold side.
